On July 28, Zheng Di, Deputy Party Secretary and District Mayor of Hangzhou High-Tech Zone (Binjiang) visited Huaxin Jushu for an inspection. The visit was attended by representatives from the District Government Office, Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Internet of Things Industrial Park Development Service Center, and other departments. Huaxin Jushu founder and General Manager Li Jiangwei, along with Executive Deputy General Manager Yu Yi, accompanied the delegation during the inspection.  

During the meeting, Li Jiangwei, founder of Huaxin Jushu (Hangzhou) Microelectronics Co., Ltd., introduced the company’s founding purpose, overall development, and current R&D progress. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on improving the semiconductor industry ecosystem in Binjiang District, promoting collaboration among semiconductor enterprises, and attracting more high-quality companies to establish a presence in Binjiang.  

Huaxin Jushu is committed to achieving full domestic replacement of EDA tools for digital backend design, addressing China’s EDA bottleneck challenges. The company has completed the development of its placement and routing tool, which is currently undergoing testing, validation, and iterative upgrades. As the most complex and critical tool in digital backend design, this product transforms chip functional designs into physical realities. The placement and routing tool encompasses multiple point tools, including logic synthesis, floor planning, placement, routing, and clock analysis, while considering multidimensional factors such as timing, power consumption, process limitations, and design constraints. Physical implementation is one of the most challenging, time-sensitive, and performance-critical aspects of chip design.  

Yu Yi, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxin Jushu, expressed gratitude to the Binjiang District Party Committee and District Government for their support in areas such as company establishment and project applications.  

After gaining a thorough understanding of Huaxin Jushu’s organizational structure and R&D progress, District Mayor Zheng Di emphasized the importance of enhancing communication and collaboration among semiconductor enterprises.
