At the symposium, the representative of Huaxin Jushu Microelectronics stated that the company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in full-process EDA software tools for digital chip back-end design. The municipal and district governments must treat the calls and needs of enterprises as the primary signal, addressing prominent issues such as financing, talent, and orders through comprehensive policy measures including guidance funds, talent subsidies, and charter flight subsidies. By implementing a "policy combination," they must provide tangible solutions to enterprise difficulties, ensuring precise and rapid policy delivery. Efforts should be made to enhance the level of integrated innovation in industry-academia-research-application, vigorously implement the "chain leader system" for industrial chains and the "circle leader system" for industrial ecosystems, and better leverage the leading role of key enterprises.
