This summer, over 20 new colleagues from across the country joined Huaxin Jushu with dreams and ambitions. To help them better understand the company and integrate into the team, a two-day specialized training session was organized, covering topics such as company overview, R&D progress, and project introductions.  

he session began with a warm welcome from Mr. Li Jiangwei, founder of Huaxin Jushu. As a seasoned veteran deeply rooted in the EDA industry, Mr. Li provided a detailed overview of the current industry landscape. He emphasized that we are in an era of unprecedented opportunities, with strong national support and favorable policies, and our mission is to alleviate the EDA bottleneck challenges in China. Mr. Li also shared his expectations for the new colleagues: to discover their interests, quickly adapt to their roles, dare to ask questions, and fearlessly experiment to enhance their engineering capabilities.  

The training included an introduction to the company’s history, management policies, and corporate culture. Senior Product Engineer Wang Xiaowei started with the basics of EDA, introducing the latest developments in the top-tier EDA industry, Huaxin Jushu’s product R&D efforts, and project collaborations to help new employees gain a deeper understanding of the industry. In-depth sessions were conducted on various modules, including R&D processes, placement and routing modules, RC-STA basics, and physical verification (PV) fundamentals, followed by quizzes to reinforce learning.  

As the saying goes, “A teacher enlightens and resolves doubts.” To better help new employees familiarize themselves with the company’s operations and quickly adapt to their roles, Huaxin Jushu has established a mentorship team composed of skilled communicators and highly competent professionals. With the guidance of these mentors, new employees are expected to swiftly enhance their capabilities and inject new energy into Huaxin Jushu’s mission.  

The ceremony concluded successfully under the witness of the company’s management. It is hoped that this initiative will strengthen teamwork and collaboration, perpetuate Huaxin’s mentorship tradition, and cultivate a dedicated, proactive, and professionally skilled workforce, laying a solid foundation for the company’s talent development pipeline.
